When CatMan & BatWoman - or was it the other way around - last time left their secure retreat to visit Metropolis, all kinds of curious things got stuck in their sticky fingers called paws & wings. And, mind you, none of them had flaws or stings.
The first item that unfolded from the wings was a folding pen - you know the kind that fits every pocket, don't you - bought for the dark evenings of winter when they wrote their memoirs. But sometimes they were making a play of it in bed, and writing imaginary applications, on their skins, to imaginary committees (preferably not to the Olympic one) for even better pleasures.
The other item, and it was in the paw, was a puzzle. An interesting bottle, and evidently produced by a son. After figuring out that it's not that uncommon for a male producer to be one, they also learnt that this particular son was originally a physician from England. They also gave thought to his father, who must, evidently, have been a Raw. Was he really? And was his character in any way a reason for the son to start on such a desperate flight as to set sail from the Merry Old England of 1844 to the raw, to say the least, and wild backlands, Australia. Or was the son only, as it later seems to have turned out, a mild-tempered and kind healer looking for a quiet retreat to escape from the ever more crowded and smoky metropolae of his homely island. - After much pondering CatMan and BatWoman decided that basing their deductions on such a minimal database would never reveal how right or wrong two creatures can ever be. So they stuck to the legend for pleasure.
But uncorking Raw's retreating son's puzzling bottle, they soon forgot all about the father (or any Freudian stuff therof), and ejaculated, in exited voices (or, to be honest, Bat with such high, bewildered notes that it was not to be received by a human ear, and Cat in a low, luscious purr - making the duo all the more effective):"RAW? My foot!" - And giving a spicy purr and a tasty flap to the bottle they decided to treat, and retreat each other to several more glasses of this healing juice! And as we know now, with a little help of felinism by BatWoman, the result was most noticeable on CatMan and Rawson the next morning.
