April 5, 2007 till next entry The relative quietness of wintery Kalyves has made these hens the aristocrats of the beach. But now they view the newcomers, the small groups of early tourists, with suspicion. There isn't much of a rush to the beach yet. Just the first brave ones trying out how it feels to welcome the summer. But within a couple of weeks Kalyves will be stormed by tourists, and the aristocrats will have to find more peaceful areas for their courting.
