Not even a little peek into our abode this time either...

A very pleasant evening in our abode.
Finally we were able to return some of the hospitality that Nikos has shown us so many times by giving us fruits, aubergines, wild asparagus... and inviting us to his house for a dinner.

Kiti's mushroom-garlic soup and a lamb stifado in our abode with Nikos.

A trip to Falassarna today.

Falassarna has the beach we consider to be the best and most interesting. So we wanted to take our furry guardians, Ida and Milli, for a stroll there.

Because of these stone figures, do not be tempted to believe any signs about a beach, until you've reached the very end of the road - that is the real Falassarna beach, not before!

All this, too, is on the edge of the sea, by a beach with the softest sand.

Even our furry guardians were flabbergasted!

And being cave-dogs, diggers, they also enjoyed the holes in the rocks on the beach...

This is the back-side of the beach...

...and this the frontside.
With a softly sandy beach between them!

Kiti enjoyed a swim, though it was a bit on the colder side, which is said to be usual in Falassarna. That meaning that the waters there can be refreshing during summer.
