Beefsteak & Burgundy Club by dear Canadians

When the northern slope buries the sauna in snow, and allows the sun only to the tree-tops. When you can't get out of the yard. When the snow is simultaneously soft, hard, warm and cold. When the nature is beautiful and cruel. What should one do?
I t's best to put all the extremities into motion. One playing for Ireland, another calling Canada, and thirdly offering Australian sun. All extremes like Finland. Some on the very outskirts of Europe, one on top of America, one on the far side of the South Seas.
I n my world the unity of Rosemount shiraz and the extremes of the world lies in the soft, warming aftertaste of the wine. The ample scents, the darkness of the taste, the spices touching my tongue, the bearing and fine structure of the wine are added up. It's like looking into the stern beauty of the snow, listening to foreign folk melodies, thinking of far countries bathing in the sun and being buried under the snow, and realizing that they all come from this planet and build up a harmony.
