Tuesday Jan. 31 - Kalyves.

Milo The Puppy, Anna and Olle over to our house. Olle had his chainsaw with him! A great help in making oversized olive logs good for our tzaki. After Olle's labour we had plans to go to Icarus together, but Michelle phoned us that Michalis was down with a ghastly flu, and so they were not able to open the taverna. Have to give Olle and Anna another chance later to enjoy Icarus.

Wednesday Feb. 1 - Kalyves.

Nikos over to our house for dinner. Our dear Elfman is still suffering from the flu. Nevertheless we all enjoyed Kiti's cooking and freshly baked bread, and wine and music, ofcourse. In Nikos we are getting a more and more devoted fan of Leonard Cohen!

Two special days on the calendar: First Michali's 50th Birthday ! And then the Carnival in Kalyves! Very much looking forward to both enjoyments!

A decent day because it was not windy and Ilios made a (very) brief appearance. But mostly a cold day and evening, with a promise of the starry night getting very cold.
